1-Year of Free Wi-Fi and cable on most apartments.

• • Receive 1 year of 500 MBS speed internet, 325+ channels, and select premium channels on select apartments at Kips Bay Court.
  • Additional services and speeds are available at resident’s expense. Free Wi-Fi and cable services available for 1 year from the lease start date. 
  • Offer valid for new residents with a lease term of at least 9 months.
  • All gift costs are based on the annual value of the service for one household account. 
  • Gift cards for the services are redeemed through a digital gift card service. Gift cards will be issued to you within 30 days of your lease start date. 
  • Exclusions may apply.
