The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is one of New York’s most anticipated design events. Each year, leading interior designers transform a townhouse into a series of unique spaces, with proceeds benefiting the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. 

Over the years, the Show House has been staged in some of New York’s most impressive homes, from Upper East Side mansions to modern downtown townhouses. Each edition brings a new mix of designers and styles, making every year completely different, and a favorite tradition for design lovers. 

The 50th-anniversary edition will take place at 20 West 12th Street in Greenwich Village. A special preview party will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, with public tours open from September 30 through mid-October.
