Kips Bay Court's pet-friendly apartments in NYC are well-suited for pet owners and furry friends, with spacious floorplans perfect for pet play time, and lots of closet space to store pet food, toys and supplies. Events like Dog Days and nearby dog runs offer room for Rover to spread out beyond your four walls. Not only are our apartments pet-friendly, but the surrounding area is also very dog friendly. There are many dog runs within walking distance, including the Union Square Dog Run and Jemmy's Dog Run at the nearby Madison Square Park. Additionally, pet-friendly restaurants, pet spas and stores are all within walking distance.

Four-legged friends are most welcome at KBC, but to ensure the best possible living experience for all of our residents, we ask that ALL pet owners register their dogs and adhere strictly to our pet policies.
Pet Registration and Policies
DOG DAYS
Dog Days is only for dogs registered with Kips Bay Court. A registration lanyard must be displayed prior to entry. If you need to register your dog, use the link above or stop by the Management Office. Lanyards are complimentary at the time of registration; replacements are $10 each.
